ShamimShamim HasanKeymasterWhich method/plugin you are using to translate? That is changing field name.
If you are unsure which plugin/theme is doing this please disable all plugin and change theme to default theme, Then try again. if work then enable one by one and test. If you find which plugin/theme creating this issue please let me know so that i can try to solve this conflict.Regards

Shamim HasanKeymasterI sent a message from website. An email is sent to my email address for that message. I replied that email and that is saved in your website as message.
So where is your problem exactly? Am i missing something?

ShamimShamim HasanKeymasterI see your system is working. You are using “Individual” mode, that’s why every reply is creating separate message. If you use “Threaded” then every reply will be shown under parent message.
Shamim HasanKeymasterYou can use email piping without cPanel, But i provide support to setup email piping for cPanel only. You can google how to setup email piping for your server or can contact your hosting provider to assist you.
