I bought the license for my website, and I have a developpement website and a website in production, so I switch the active website for the license when I put the plugin in the true website but I always have error message ‘You have invalid key’ and the website is extremly slow now. Is this a conflict with another plugin? I had to desactivate it to access to admin to work normaly. Thanks you for your support.

Is there showing any other error when save license? Can you please see your server log?

February 9, 2018 at 10:05 pm #10894fadechaParticipantOk, so I did this : I update wordpress, and the plugins (I desactivate all the plugins that i could), and I update to version 7.1. But it’s still the same : back office is very very slow, with the same error of invalid key. I try another theme, and it’s still the same too. I don’t know what to do now… Any idea ?

Can you please deactivate all other plugins except only this one and change theme to default theme and try?

Your IP address is blacklisted. If you feel this is in error please contact your hosting provider’s abuse department.)
Also please give me ip address of your website.
