    I bought the license for my website, and I have a developpement website and a website in production, so I switch the active website for the license when I put the plugin in the true website but I always have error message ‘You have invalid key’ and the website is extremly slow now. Is this a conflict with another plugin? I had to desactivate it to access to admin to work normaly. Thanks you for your support.

    Please in your production site go to Dashboard > Front End PM PRO > Settings > Licenses and add your license and save.

    Let me know.

    I did it , and the error is still there. I started with a first website ( for developpement) for my license, then I swtich.
    I installed the Version 6.4 for the plugin, my wordpress is 4.7.9. and I’m in php 5.4 (i know it’s old…)

    Why not installed latest version of this plugin? latest version now is 7.1
    Is there showing any other error when save license? Can you please see your server log?
    Can your website contact external host? eg. wordpress to update core, themes and plugins?

    Ok I’ll try to install version 7.1, and I’ll see, then I ‘ll so to update core and plugins.

    Please also try to update php version. See wordpress recommended https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

    Ok, so I did this : I update wordpress, and the plugins (I desactivate all the plugins that i could), and I update to version 7.1. But it’s still the same : back office is very very slow, with the same error of invalid key. I try another theme, and it’s still the same too. I don’t know what to do now… Any idea ?

    Is it possible to update php version? at least 5.6?

    Can you please deactivate all other plugins except only this one and change theme to default theme and try?

    Ok, i update in PHP 5.6 and try width a default theme, it’s always slow and the error message for the license is still there. Any other idea ? I really want to make it work…

    Please give me access to your website admin and ftp.
    Full backup your website before giving me access.

    Please contact you host and tell them that your website is receiving 403 response (Access denied. Your IP address is blacklisted. If you feel this is in error please contact your hosting provider’s abuse department.)

    Also please give me ip address of your website.

    Let me know.

    Please ask your host that your website can not connect with shamimsplugins.com. it is receiving 403 response (Access denied. Your IP address is blacklisted. If you feel this is in error please contact your hosting provider’s abuse department.)

    Please let me know what they tell.
