    Hi all,

    I’m having issues to get this plugin work on woocomerce checkout page.
    I’m using v3 of reCAPTCHA, i saw some issues in the past with this plugin, and i was wondering if that was solved or still happening.
    Any help will much appreciated.

    Hi,

    Any time a customer try to checkout he will get an error saying “Please resolve the Captacha correctly”.

    For V3 google check so many things in background before determining bot or human. It may be browser ip/cookie/cache or anything which making false positive.
    As there is no way to prove that we are human, that’s why i still prefer to use V2 where if it making false positive it will give us an option to prove that we are human.

    Hey there,
    I try with ‘v2 I’m not a robot’ and with ‘Invisible’ too, neither worked form me.
    Still having the same error message on checkout page ‘Please resolve the Captacha correctly’, and for v2 it seems to not work at all in any page, even tho i make sure to create the respective keys for each version and replace then on the Plugin Settings.
    Any other way ?

    Hi,
    Sorry for the delay, been busy these days.
    Please find the url for stage since the plugin is no in production just yet.
    Right now the plugin is set to use the v2 “I’m not a robot”.

    Which check out plugin you are using? Or is it coming from your theme? Can you change your checkout form to default woocommerce checkout form for testing?

    We are using Woocommerce to handle the checkout on this website, but not sure if is the default one. Let me find out that and ill get back to you. Thanks

    Hi,
    The form is provided by our theme, and i’m afraid won’t be able switch to Woocommerce default form without breaking things.
    Is there other way that dont involve change the checkout form ?
    Right now the plugin is working on Register form, Comment form but not on login form or checkout (These are modified).
