hi have pro version installed and activated but nothing shows in register or login page but once you try reigster it shows error please complete captcha?

Are you using default wordpress login/registration form or any plugin/custom code for your login/registration form? Can you please send me your website url?
It seems this plugin is not activated in your login/registration form.
I have registered a fake account but it didn’t show any error.Can you create a staging/test website so that we can work on there without interfering your users?

Also please let me know which version of captcha (v2/v3 – checkbox/invisible) you are using? Please recheck your google keys are correct.I have checked your website, activated the plugin and registered a test account and everything is working fine.
But as you are using V3, the are so many factor to be false positive in this version. Also if there any false positive there is no user option to prove that he/she is a human.I suggest you change captcha version to “V2 checkbox” and change google keys as well. Then test.
