    Hi,

    I uninstalled the free front end Pm plugin and then uploaded the zip folder with front end PM pro I purchased earlier today. The plugin crashed my WP site, Admin Panel was not usable and I had to delete the plugin using ftp in order to restore my site.

    Can I please have a refund, I can’t work with this plugin if its crashes my site.

    what error are you getting?

    2. mysql version
    3. wordpress version

    Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem by opening a support ticket. We may ask full access permission to your website admin, database and directory.

    No error message, a blank white screen that makes the whole site inoperable.

    php 5.3.5
    mysql 5.1.54
    wordpress 4.5.3

    This was incompatible with your php version.
    I just corrected it and update. Please download again from this website and install.
    Please let me know.

    Thanks so much. Im not getting the same error, testing it right now with the rest of the site.

    Does the license expire in a year?

    You can use this plugin lifetime but update and support for one year. (see terms and conditions)
