    I see you have SMTP plugin, is it configured? I see without authentication, So may be you can use authentication and try.

    This button is not added by this plugin, May be added by any other caching plugin you have.

    Hi Shamim,

    Any update? Did that fix the issue? Do you want me to attempt to send an Announcement to Admin and Vendor?

    Hi, Can you please check server error log to see if there any error? Also please activate debug for your website.
    Add define('WP_DEBUG', true); in your config.php

    Let me know.

    before I set debug which will show on my site should I try and send an announcement?

    Need more testing.
    Please enable debug.
    Also please check is there any server error and let me know.

    Also please give me ftp access, need some code change of the plugin to find the actual issue.
