I’m having an issue where the email addresses are missing the @ symbol.
This is visible when you hover the “Send Direct message” button too.
The @ symbol is definitely visible when you check the custom field that’s collected this data.
In our site we use USPP Pro, a front end form submission plugin, this is collecting the data including email address correctly.
Somehow Front End PM is getting the data for the email address but test@gmail.com becomes testgmail.com and of course is an invalid email address which prevents the system from working.
The email addresses are correct on the user accounts too.
Please advise on what we can test.
