    Hi,

    How do I enable Directory to show for Admins only? So they can keep track of user tickets?

    please go to Front End PM PRO > Settings > General > Show Directory

    Hi,

    This change still shows my non admin user the directory, I only want admin role to see it.

    Did you change any code or use any custom code for this plugin?
    If you unchecked that will hide directory for non admin users.

    I managed to fix it now by PHP changes, it didnt work for me from the startup, directory was still showing to my test users.

    Now secondary question: When clicking “Send message” from directory as Admin to a TestUser – the message is not delivered to the user, its delivered to the admin still.

    Any thoughts?

    what is the nicename of that admin user the message is sending to? who is sender of that message?
    please deactivate all plugins and change theme to default theme then try.

    There is only 2 users.

    Subscriber + Admin
    Subscriber can message admin from New Message (correct)
    Admin can not message subscriber from directory, when message from directory using (Message user) function – participant is ONLY admin, see screenshot.

    It is already an empty site with ONLY this plugin.

    Can admin send message from “New Message” (not from directory)?
    are you using default theme or any other theme?
    Can you give me access to your site so that i can try?

    As I am using Admin Only mode, new message does not have “to” function.

    or well – problem is I need ONLY show admin user in “to field”, so basicaly admin only function.
    but admin should be able to MSG user.

    I see you set “Max recipients” to 0(zero) which restrict all new message sent to user.
    If you want any role not to send new message (but admin can) then use role to role block to block that role.

    Set “To Role” as “All Roles” and “Block For” as “New Message”.
    If you set Admins in Front End PM PRO > Settings > Recipient > Can send to admin Then these feature is exempted. So users can send message using this feature if they are blocked by “Role to Role block” feature
