hi I grouped all the issues I am facing with the plugin, please have a look, and appreciate your assistance.
1. I can’t read the messages, when I click on message dropdown, it won’t expand. same for the replies.
2. (customer) message page, no (unread) bubble on the new message headline. As admin I can see this bubble, but customers can’t distinguished what’s unread and read messages. Please see the attached images. Also, how I change the color/display of the read bubbles?
3. How to hide “setting” options in customer account

For 1. In your
navmenu-addon-for-elementorplugin there is a js error. Please correct that or contact that plugin author to solve that. It will solve this issue.For 2. I can see unread bubble for your normal user account. You can log in and see i kept an unread message there.
It is very hard for me to debug. My safari (using windows) even do not load your website. it is telling that safari can’t establish a secure connection to the server.
