    Please make sure other email sent from your website, i have tested but no email is sending from your website. If other email is sending but announcement email is not sending then we can investigate. Please check now (Reset password or send a message to yourself) and check if you receive email.
    Let me know.

    I am receiving message mail, I will forward you. Let me have you email id

    OR

    you can add a user and let me know the user name I will send you message. You will get the New message mail.

    i have created 2 users (test1 and test5) in your website. Send a message to test1 user. But no email is receiving.

    Which user you are testing? I do not see any message sent by any user. What email you are receiving?

    did you try it now? As i told you earlier please test now.
    Also do you receive email immediately when sending? Is there any email delay system in your server?

    Please sent a test message to yourself and froward that email to contact-form@shamimsplugins.com
    also send a test message to Test1 username (in your website). Please do both and do not forward any previous email, do now.

    Yesterday i sent 3 messages, after 15 hours today i received one email from that 3 messages, other 2 i did not received yet. Today i sent 2 messages, receive 1 email another i did not received yet.

    Please make sure your server can sent email immediately. As i told you earlier please try and let me know. send some test message to yourself and see if you receive email.
