    Hello,

    My website: http://lespetitsgaulois.org/ , I have enable the announcements Email in admin but still user not get the announcement email. User also enable the “Email me when new announcement is published?”.

    Other emails send perfectly? Message email send perfectly?
    Also note that announcement email remain in queue, By default It will send 100 emails in every hour. https://sp-test1.arogga.co/docs/front-end-pm-pro/getting-started-2/announcement-email-queue/

    You can change that, set interval to 5 minutes, wait 5 minutes after sending announcement, then access your website (cron does not work if no visitor in website). Then see is email sending.

    Yes, other email working fine. I have just select 5-8 user in announcement and I was waiting for last two days But I did not get the email.

    can you add define('ALTERNATE_WP_CRON', true); in your wp-config.php? It seems some website can not run wp cron normally. see this http://wordpress.stackexchange.com/a/149147/70211

    in my test server again i try sending announcement and email sending perfectly.
    So it may cause somewhere in your server.
    Can i have access to your website admin and ftp? I will make some test users and try sending announcement.

    In the admin under the “All Messages” view link is also not Working Please check that also.

    Are you sure your website can send emails? I have created an test users, sent test message, tried reset password but i never received an email. Make sure your website can send normal emails, then we can try if there any problem in announcement email. Let me know when normal email can be sent, then i can investigate announcement emails.

    i sent already but never received email still now. Username test1.
    Please try to send one of your username and see if email received.

    You did not set “Front End PM page” in Front End PM > Settings > General

    “Blog Chat” page have already set as Front End PM Page
