Hi Shamim,
I tried following the instruction to set “Admin only” as per https://sp-test1.arogga.co/docs/front-end-pm-pro/getting-started-2/only-admin/
I’m trying to achieve like the first screenshot in your knowledge base page. The users should only be able to send message to admin only. How do I achieve this. I do not want the “To” field to be displayed.

June 27, 2020 at 9:51 am #38831siteadminParticipantI had this problem yesterday. This is how I solved it.
Go to Settings->Recipients
In Max recipients enter 0
Check the ‘Can users send message to admin.’ checkbox
In the ‘Admins’ input box enter the admin name.
Click save changes.June 27, 2020 at 10:47 am #38834siteadminParticipantIf you want the Admin to be able to send new messages to users, then change Max recipients to 1
And go to Settings->Security and block all non admin users from sending new messages to All Roles.I really wish the developer would of wrote about this in the documentation. I spent hours trying to figure this out.

Thank you @shamim for updating the instructions as well. It will good if you can also add a screenshot of role-to-role workflow so that it is easier to understand 🙂 I have attached a sample for your reference.
