I have purchased and installed the Captcha upgrade and it will now not let me access the admin panel of my site quoting “Error for site owner invalid key type”
I simply want to access my own site and sort out ant problems with Captcha if requiredJanuary 22, 2020 at 4:14 am #33579Shamim HasanKeymasterSorry for the issue you have. It seems you have selected wrong type of captcha keys.
You can access to your website admin using following methodYou can access your file via FTP or file manager then go to wp-contents/plugins folder and rename “advanced-nocaptcha-and-invisible-captcha-pro” folder to something else, eg. “advanced-nocaptcha-and-invisible-captcha-pro1” Then login as normal. Then rename back this folder.
let me know.

I did resolve the access by reloading the site from an earlier date but I still have an issue with Captcha.
You suggest I may have applied the wrong codes – I was only offered one set of codes by Google and simply copied and pasted these into the site.
All I am trying to achieve is that the ‘ I am not a robot’ box under the contact us form so any help would be appreciatedKind Regards

January 23, 2020 at 12:19 pm #33659Shamim HasanKeymasterPlease again go to google and create new keys. This time select “Checkbox Captcha” and do not forget to add your domain there. Now get the keys and add in this plugin settings.
If you find any difficulties let me know.
January 24, 2020 at 6:49 pm #33691Nigel TaylorParticipantI have updated the correct keys and installed Flamingo but I still get the error on the contact form “There was an error trying to send your message”
I have tried all the security checks and this is the last attempt before I remove Captcha from the site as it is proving too much hard work to install and get active correctly
Hope you can help before I remove itMany Thanks
