    Hi,

    I have 2 questions.

    I recently migrated my site to AWS on another domain name. Within AWS, I created 3 environments.
    1) Development team: softgrid.app.vedagraceclinic.com
    2) QA testing: dev.app.vedagraceclinic.com
    3) Production: app.vedagraceclinic.com

    Questions:
    Which domain do I reassign my license key? I tried softgrid.app.vedagraceclinic.com to get my developers access, but it did not work.

    Is it possible to use the license across the 3 sites since only one is for users.

    Of course, I got the license to work on the development environment. But I still have the following question:

    Is it possible to use the license across my 3 environments since once one of them is for users? If yes, then which domain to I point the license.

    In which domain user will use messaging system?
    You will use production domain as license domain. Also you can use in dev domain for free.

    The domain which users will be using for messaging is app.vedagraceclinic.com

    We have 2 development domains: 1) softgrid.app.vedagraceclinic.com; 2) dev.app.vedagraceclinic.com

    Is this ok?

    You can activate license in subdoamin dev and staging for development for free.
    If you have to use softgrid subdomain for development you cannot activate license for free. In that case you can use without activating license there. You will get all functionality for testing.

    Sorry, I really appreciate the help, but I am a little confused or I may have confused situation.

    We have 3 environments: dev, staging and production, so dev and staging are seperate. Softgrid is dev. Is it possible to have all 3 subdomains. They would be:

    Dev: softgrid.app.vedagrace….
    Staging: dev.app.vedagrace…
    Production: app.vedagrace….

    Sorry for all the question.

    If possible please change subdomain as follows

    Dev: dev.app.vedagrace….
    Staging: staging.app.vedagrace…
    Production: app.vedagrace….

    In that case you can activate in Dev and Staging site without increasing site count. That means you can activate there for free.

    Not only my plugin, Most of the plugins PRO version follow this rule. So this may apply for your other plugins PRO version also.

    If you cannot change subdomain then no need to activate in softgrid.app.vedagrace…. This plugin will work without activating also in Dev site.
