    Hello,

    I’m having an issue where I can’t seem to message individual users. I go into messages > directory > send message but the “TO:” field doesn’t populate with the selected user. It only shows the available messaging groups. Any advice?

    what is your setup in Front End PM PRO > Settings > Recipient > Max recipients?
    Give me screenshot of Front End PM PRO > Settings > Security

    Please set to more than one (eg. 5) then test and let me know if that works.
    Also clear cache (browser, server) then test.

    If still not works then you can use https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ to run a conflict check. If you are not sure how to do it, you can give me access to your website so that i can do that for you.

    Shamim,

    I changed the max recipients to 5 and am still having the problem of the “TO:” field disappearing when I select the “send message to group” option. I also ran the health check and it didn’t come back with any compatibility issues.

    Do you have any other recommendations for what I might be able to test?

    Unfortunately, no it’s not. I’ve been discussing with my client about setting up a staging site but as of now that doesn’t seem likely. Anything else you might be able to point me at to troubleshoot?

    What is the version of WordPress, jQuery, and this plugin you are using?
    As i cannot live change and test your website i cannot exact pinpoint the problem.
    See class-fep-pro-to.php around line 390 which is responsible code of doing show/hide.

    You can deactivate all other plugins and change theme to one of default theme (tweenty*) then test.

    If you can give me access to your website (admin & ftp) then a can try, otherwise i am out of recommendations.

    Your theme was adding extra div in that area. This is very unusual.
    I have changed 2 lines of code in class-fep-pro-to.php line 392,393

    Please check now. You can use page builder again to build message page if you want.

    I will test more. If everything working then i will modify this code in plugin next version to address this type of theme.
